About Cynthia

Before pursuing a five-year higher education degree in metaphysics and its practical applications, and travelling the West for ten years to share her insights, she worked in education as the Town of Camp Verde Children’s Librarian, in Arizona.

She also pursued broad-spectrum spirituality while living a few years as a hermit, whereupon she became a Unity Church Chaplain, and a Universal Sufi All-Faiths Minister. Before retiring she taught several Positive Psychology classes in colleges, teaching students how to think and how to be happy. Cynthia is now authoring more books.

University Papers

After profound experiences with light she researched “lightbody phenomenon”, the next stage of human evolution, as her master’s thesis. She published her findings in Transform Into Lightbody

For her doctoral dissertation she researched the consciousness of oneness (oneness with self, others, Self/God/Cosmos), and wrote Separation from Oneness: The Root Cause of Psychological Suffering. It holds honors of distinction by the International Metaphysical Ministry. (I.M.M.)

She has lived aboard a river houseboat, on a creek in the desert, an ocean-front property, atop high mountains, and in motorhomes. She currently lives in the Great Smoky Mountains where she loves to hike and write poetry, and enjoys meaningful, meaningless, and beyond-meaning conversation.

“She is a treasure trove of spiritual thought and ways to approach life from a position of love and joy. Her eclectic background and degrees give her a much wider perspective than most speakers, and she’s provided a wealth of alternative approaches to spirituality.”  Malcolm D.

KARIMA THE SUFI POET

Cynthia shares the birthday of the ecstatic poet Jalāl al-Dīn Muḥammad Rūmī (or simply Rumi). She published two Rumi-style books of her reflections and toured the Western states performing spoken word poetry at large gatherings.

One supporter writes: “Amazing! Rumi’s energy comes pouring through you and is channeled. You are on fire … flowing with the love you have discovered within your own heart. You seem to be charged with the lightning coming through you…” Rassouli
